MINA — "For and By Women"

MINA is a menopause support platform designed to give women accessible, personalized care while also giving employers the tools to meet new UK workplace requirements. The platform combines symptom tracking, AI-powered guidance grounded in clinical evidence, and an anonymized employer dashboard, sitting between individual wellness apps and enterprise health platforms in a way neither currently covers. The business model runs on employer subscriptions, insurance partnerships, and compliance reporting, with a phased go to market plan moving from pilot partners to enterprise accounts. I served as Chief Technology Officer on the founding team, working on the platform's build and technical direction.
